Chilled Oreo Cheese Tarts

I made some Chilled Oreo Cheese Tarts towards the end of August. It wasn't fully unbaked though.The tart shells were baked. Only the fillings part were unbaked. Actually theoretically, it is possible to have a fully unbaked version by using crushed biscuits, sugar and butter just like chilled cheesecake base, but pressed onto tart mould instead of cake tin. Maybe next round, I will do it this way.

I managed to make 1 big-sized tart, 12 mediums and 18 mini tarts.
