Although this is not the first time I make this cake, I have never blog about this cake, which is my pride.
I have not been making this cake for quite sometime. Since hubby is craving for cheesecake, I have to make this for him as this is his favourite. However, instead of using the usual Philadelphia Cream Cheese, I used Tatura Cream Cheese. This is the first time I am using this brand of cream cheese. The lady boss at the bakery ingredients shop that I went to recommended this cream cheese to me. Since this is much cheaper than Philadelphia brand, I took heed of her recommendation and tried this for the first time.
I feel that the Tatura cream cheese's taste is not as strong as Philadelphia's. Moreover, Tatura's seems to be a bit oily.
