Salted Egg Yolk Lava Steamed Buns

I made these buns last Saturday. I have wanted to make these for quite a while but do not have the opportunity. The opportunity presents itself when I bought a packet of salted egg. These buns are quite special as its feeling oozes out like lava.

The buns derives its yellowish colour from carrot juice. I used the recipe from here and here as reference.
